Who We Are

Over the past 30 years GMPC has established itself as a leading designer and manufacturer of private label and branded fashion accessories for women, men, teens, and kids.

Our products span the junior, contemporary, urban, lifestyle, action sports and outdoor industries. GMPC’s expertise encompasses a wide range of categories including fashion headwear, cold weather accessories, hosiery, knits, scarves, gloves, belts, hair accessories, sports and fashion bags, wallets, and eco-friendly accessories and apparel.

We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Shanghai, China.

Design

The Accessory Collective has design studios in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Our Creative Departments are comprised of industry leading accessory designers who perpetually research and shop the world in order to assure that we are offering our customers the latest silhouettes, styles, colors and fashions. Our design expertise and process assures that our showroom is filled with the latest, trend-right product.

Overseas Manufacturing

The Accessory Collective has offices in Shanghai, China and has manufactures and imported accessories from Asia for over 25 years. During this time we have hand selected and cultivated partnerships with the most reliable, responsible and competitive factories in Asia. Our years of experience and the knowledge garnered from them enable The Accessory Collective to work directly with factories that manufacture the highest quality products at the most competitive prices with on time deliveries. To further assure this we have a team of dedicated quality assurance inspectors who regularly visit all of our factories.

Factory compliance

The Accessory Collective works only with factories that share our commitment to manufacturing quality products and providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Our China team performs regular factory inspections in order to assure that each of our factories meet all legal, wage, child labor, overtime, health, safety and environmental standards required by the country of manufacture. The Accessory Collective also retains third party inspectors to certify the factories that we work with. Our factories meet the compliance requirements of the most stringent Fortune 500 companies.

Logistics

The Accessory Collective tracks and coordinated the movement of every product from the time it leaves our overseas factory until it reaches its final destination. We utilize cutting-edge technology and handle all of our customers EDI requirements. Further, with an office in Shanghai and warehouse facilities at every major Chinese and domestic port The Accessory Collective can seamlessly arrange for the labeling, repacking and drop-shipment of goods as necessary. Finally, The Accessory Collective coordinates the testing of our products with a variety of international and domestic laboratories.
